DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
A concentrated deep massage blending detailed therapeutic muscle work with decadent pampering in perfect balance.  Provides soothing relief to overworked and tired muscles, improves circulation and enhances relaxation.

SPORTS MASSAGE
This custom massage incorporates stretching and massage work on all of the major muscle groups. I will focus on specific trigger point areas to help loosen, relax and speed muscle recovery.
